PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper device such that generation of an abnormal sound can be further reduced. SOLUTION: In a stopper device having a block-shaped rubber elastic unit 2 mounted in one of two members relatively moved in a mutually approaching/ retracting direction, when the two members are approximated, to be brought into contact with the other member, the rubber elastic unit 2 has a tapered inner/outer side tilt surface 22, 23 in a peripheral part of a surface opposed to into contact with the other member, in the inner/outer side tilt surface 22, 23, a plurality of protrusive streaks 24, extended to tilt at a tilt angleθin a peripheral direction relating to a radial direction, are provided.
