PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum or aluminum alloy plate which is light in weight, is hardly electrifiable, prevents the adhesion of dust and dirt, has surfaces resistant to flawing and has excellent bendability and UV ink printability. SOLUTION: This aluminum or aluminum alloy plate is constituted so as to be used for a disk shutter for opening and closing a window part for a recording head disposed at a case for housing a recording disk. In such a case, a first layer of a chromate film is formed on the front surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy plate which is on the outside surface 5a side of the shutter. A second layer of a resin film of >=5H in pencil hardness formed by dispersing wax of a grain size of 0.5 to 10μm into a resin film is formed on this first layer. A third layer of the chromate film is formed on the front surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy plate which is on the inside surface 5b side of the shutter. A fourth layer 4 of a resin film of 3 to 5H in pencil hardness is formed on this third layer.
