PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the use of a vehicle without permission and the theft and specify a thief even if a theft is generated. SOLUTION: This device has cameras 11 to 14 which are mounted on a vehicle V and image the images of surroundings S1 to S4 of the vehicle V, an image processing means 15 performing an image processing for image data imaged by the cameras 11 to 14, a shock sensor 16 which is mounted on the vehicle V and detects oscillation of the vehicle V and an automobile telephone set 17 which is mounted on the vehicle V. When oscillation of the vehicle V is detected by the shock sensor 16, images of the surroundings S1 to S4 of the vehicle V by the cameras 11 to 14 are transmitted from the automobile telephone set 17 to a police station P and one's home H. Because image data is stored, a thief can be specified even if a theft is generated. Because the cameras 11 to 14 are installed, the use of the vehicle without permission and the theft can be prevented by an effect of a sword treasured in the family. |
