PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder mold having uniform density distribution and superior performance without lowering operating efficiency in manufacturing a powder molded solid electrolytic capacitor. SOLUTION: A powder filling hole 6 is formed by a lower die 1, a dice 2A (2B) forming a groove made opposing to the lower cast 1, and a pair of pressurizing dies 4A and 4B fit movably in the groove in a longitudinal direction of the groove. The powder mold is manufactured by filling tantalum powder 11 and closing the powder filling hole 6 with an upper die 8 having a wire entry hole 7. The pressed mold is formed by being pressed several times by the pressurizing die having a concave-convex head. |
