PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition that can given molded products excellent in low-temperature behaviors and molding stability by subjecting a crystalline polyolefin resin and a specific rubber to dynamic heat treatment in the presence of a quinone dioxime. SOLUTION: (A) 10-60 pts.wt. of crystalline polyolefin resin and (B) 40-90 pts.wt. of an ethylene-α-olefin-non-conjugated polyene terpolymer resin are blended and 100 pts.wt. of the polymer blend are subjected to dynamic heat treatment in the presence of a quinone dioxide to prepare a partially or perfectly crosslinked thermoplastic resin. The component B comprises (i) ethylene, (ii) a 3-20C olefin at a molar ratio i/ii of 40/60-95/5 and (iii) a branched-chain polyene of the formula (n is 1-5; R<1> is a 1-5C alkyl; R<2> and R<3> are each H, R1 ) in a molar % of 0.1-10 and shows an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 0.1-10dl (at 135 deg.C in decalin). This composition may contain a softening agent, inorganic filler and the like in addition to the components A, B and C.
