<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yellow toner which is used for reproducing a yellow picture in a color electrophotography, is excellent in light transmissivity and spectral characteristics and hardly generates fogging and printing density lowering and is excellent in transferability. SOLUTION: Styrene, pigment yellow 138 and pigment yellow 12 are wet pulverized by a beads mill to obtain a pigment dispersed liquid. Meanwhile, styrene is blended with a releasing agent and is wet pulverized by the beads mill to obtain a releasing agent dispersed liquid. Then, styrene, n-butyl acrylate, colorant dispersed liquid, divinylbenzene, the releasing agent dispersed liquid and t-butyl peroxy-2-ethyl hexanoate are blended and are homogeneously dispersed by using a homomixer to obtain a polymerizable monomer composition. The polymerizable monomer composition is charged into a magnesium hydroxide colloid dispersed liquid, is dispersed by using the homomixer to pelletize droplet particles. An aqueous dispersed liquid of the palletized droplet particles of the monomer composition is heated at 90 deg.C to be polymerized, then, the polymer is dried to obtain polymer particles and finally an external additive is adhered thereto to obtain the yellow toner.</p> |
