PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply air having a high oxygen concentration with a first pressure and a second pressure higher than the first. SOLUTION: The present invention includes a combination of a pressure swing attraction system 104 and a pressure boosting device 109. The attraction system 104 to heighten the oxygen concentration in the air has a pressure at least the same as the first pressure. With the first pressure the system 104 feeds an air of high oxygen concentration to the first outlet 106, and can supply air of high oxygen concentration to the boosting device 109 with the first pressure. The boosting device 109 heightens the pressure of the air of high oxygen concentration and supplies air of high oxygen concentration to the second outlet 112 with the second pressure.
