PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a subject machine by which stability in harvesting mechanism is drastically enhanced in spite of high progress speed during work without adding force to an upper side hanging member during transportation and which is useful for rotary mower, etc., by permitting the geometric axial line of a second coupling joints in lower side hanging members to pass through the gravity center of harvesting mechanism. SOLUTION: The geometric axial line 30A of the second coupling joints 30 and 34 of the lower side hanging members 15 and 16 passes through the gravity center of harvesting mechanism of almost the center of gravity. Besides, the upper side hanging member 17 and/or a chassis 10 and/or harvesting mechanism 11 are provided with a means for adjusting the cutting angle of a cutting member 12 and it is desirable that the length of the upper side hanging member 17 be changed.
