PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect simply the presence of goods and custody places held in a temperature below a predetermined one by applying a sensible heat recording sheet and an adhesive sheet through a first adhesive layer onto the surface of a sensible heat recording layer when in use. SOLUTION: A temperature controlling sheet set can control the preservation temperature for goods or custody places by applying an adhesive sheet through a first adhesive layer onto the sensible heat recording layer of a sensible heat recording sheet. A discharging temperature and time can be controlled by selecting basic dye, coloring agent, discharging agent and the like to be used. For example, after bar codes are recorded on the sensible heat recording sheet by a label printer, the adhesive sheet is applied. While the sensible heat recording sheet is left below a predetermined temperature, the bar code record is not discharged. However, when the predetermined temperature is exceeded, the bar code record is gradually discharged. About 25-250μm thick paper, film, synthetic paper, laminate paper and the like may be used for a support of the sensible heat recording sheet and adhesive sheet.
