PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the wiring length of a wiring pattern connecting between cells by dividing a cell group and a wiring pattern group into a plurality of pieces. SOLUTION: Cells 2A-2D and a wiring pattern constituting an integrated circuit are structurally divided into two or more parts, and formed on two semiconductor chips as cells 2A and 2C, and cells 2B and 2D, respectively, and these semiconductor chips are put together while facing each other, and to be connected input/output pins 3a and 3b of a cell group are mutually connected, and the wiring length of the wiring pattern connecting between cells is shortened. |
