PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide size reduction in the thickness direction by involving a roller member which rotates together with a member to be driven, an oscillating actuator which drives the rotation of the roller member, and a pressing member which presses the oscillating actuator in a roughly vertical direction to the rotational center line of the member to be driven. SOLUTION: An oscillating actuator 100 is formed with groove parts 10a, 10b on both sides of an elastic body 10. The groove part 10a is fitted on a pin 15a, attached at the bent part 1a of a substrate 1. The groove part 10b is fitted onto a pin 15b attached at the bent part 1a of the substrate 1. The oscillating actuator 100 is supported, so as to move only in the direction of the pins 15a, 15b which kuping its posture. A spring member 13 energizes the oscillating actuator 100 in the direction of a disc 3 by its energizing force. The direction of the energizing force is at a right angle with respect to the rotational axis 2 of the disc 3. The spring member 13 is disposed between the oscillating actuator 100 and the bent part 1a of the substrate 1. The spring member 13 is formed with a contact piece 14. |
