The inquiry processing control part 109 instructs an execution server 106 to perform processing matched with the request of user while using an execution instructing part 115 based on the possessed execution procedure code 111. The execution server 106 executes processing matched with the request and directly transmits the executed result through a communication path 108 to an executed result holding part 118.
