PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a learner who only knows names of elemental numbers such as 0 to 20 and understands them to calculate +, -,×,÷of numbers or to promote learning and understanding of numbers and further to enable calculating and understanding optional numbers. SOLUTION: A rectangle (+-) expressing 1 or a rectangular parallelepiped (×,÷) is used as a standard and number N is expressed by arranging N pieces thereof. At the time of calculating (operating) +, - and×,÷of number, content which number itself has, that is number, quantity, order, frequency, figure (symbol) and meanings and results which operations of +, -and×,÷possess, that are, addition, combination, ratio or difference or to make a new number or equipartition or inclusive division, etc., are all expressed systematically and with capability of looking through. Thereby, education (learning) advances.
