发明名称 ELECTROLYZED WATER GENERATING DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain electric conductivity and ozone generation efficiency by surface-treating an anode in an anode section with a combined material of a metal oxide and a bond metal of gold or a platinum group metal to improve adhesion property to an electrode base material. SOLUTION: An electrolytic cell 3 is constituted of the anode section 4 having the ozone generating anode 1 and a cathode section 6 having a cathode 5 and the anode section 4 is separated from the cathode section 6 by a diaphragm 8 formed from an ion exchange membrane 7. DC power source 9 impresses positive potential to the anode 1 and negative potential to the cathode 5 and a signal of an oxidation-reduction potential measuring electrode 11 dipped into an electrolyte 10 of an ion exchanged water in the anode section 4 is measured by an oxidation electrometer 12 to control the start or the stoppage of operation. In such a case, a porous metallic titanium mesh is used as a base plate in the anode 1 and the uppermost surface is surface-treated with the metal oxide and the bonded metal of gold or the platinum group element by dispersion plating.
