摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector capable of providing satisfactory electrical characteristics for high-frequency signals without requiring high machining accuracy and assembling accuracy for a gap part. SOLUTION: This connector is equipped with enter conductors 36, 37 having different diameters, outer conductors 34, 35, and a first and a second coaxial- type connection members 32, 33 composed of dielectric materials 38, 39 respectively. The first coaxial-type connection members 32 is protrudingly formed on the joint side part of the center conductor 36 and equipped with a center conductor 40 for an air-coaxial cable to be joined to the center conductor 37 of the second coaxial-type connection member 33. The second coaxial-type connection member 33 is extended to the joint side end part o the outer conductor 35 and equipped with an outer conductor 35a for an air-coaxial cable covering the periphery of the center conductor 40 for an air-coaxial cable. With the first and second coaxial-type connection members 32, 33 joined to each other, when a gap is formed between mutual contact surfaces of the respective dielectric materials 38, 39, an air-coaxial part 41 is formed, with air used as a dielectric substance, by the center conductor 40 for an air-coaxial cable and the outer conductor 35a for an air-coaxial cable.
