PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation, and to shorten the term of works by providing a protruding step in a block used for a stair. SOLUTION: The block 11, in which steps are projected, has a block body 12 stuck on an inclined plane and steps 14, in which parts are buried to the block body 12, the other sections are protruded in specified length and the top faces of the protruded sections are made approximately level when the block body 12 is pasted on the inclined plane. A large number of the blocks 11, in which the steps 14 are projected onto the inclined planes, are pasted adjacently in the method of stair construction.
