<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyurethane resin excellent in flexibility, adhesivity to plastics such as polyolefin resins and polyester resins and water resistance, by using a specific compound as a chain length terminator. SOLUTION: Polymerization components comprising (A) a high-molecular weight polyol having preferably 700-6,000 number-average molecular weight, (B) a polyisocyanate compound, (C) a chain extender and (D) a chain length terminator containing preferably 5-100% of an oxazolidine-based compound [N-(2-hydroxyethyl)oxazolidine, etc.] having an active hydrogen-containing functional group (preferably hydroxyl group or amino group) and an oxazolidine skeleton are reacted to give the objective polyurethane resin. The amount of NCO group contained in the component B is preferably 1.3-4 equivalents based on 1 equivalent of OH group contained in the component A and the amounts of the components C and D are preferably 3-15wt.% and 0.1-5wt.% based on the total of the high-molecular weight polyol and the polyisocyanate compound respectively.</p> |
