PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous connection such as non-connection or short- circuit even where there is a shift in relative positions of flexible film wiring substrates in the case where the juxtaposed flexible film wiring substrates are connected to one wiring substrate. SOLUTION: Positioning terminals 6ab, 6ba, 6bb, 6ca are provided at side end sections of flexible film wiring substrates 4a, 4b, 4c which are juxtaposed to be fixed. Positioning terminals 9a, 9b are provided also between adjacent output terminal groups 8a, 8b, 8c on a wiring substrate 7, respectively. The flexible film wiring substrates 4a, 4b, 4c are electrically connected to the wiring substrate 7 such that the largest distance in the distances d4, d5, d6, d7 between each of positioning terminals is minimized. |
