PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply thick coating with one-time spraying by laying reinforcing material on a construction face, then adding a polymer catalyst in main material with cement and fiber pieces mixed therein, and an aqueous solution of acrylic acid salt or the like, and mixing them inside a nozzle. SOLUTION: Aggregate such as ballast or crushed stone, and fiber pieces formed by cutting carbon fiber in about 1-2cm are mixed in Portland cement or the like to prepare main material. A polymer catalyst formed of an oxidizing agent such as sodium peroxide or calcium peroxide is added in an aqueous solution of acrylic acid salt or methacrylic acid salt. At the time of construction, reinforcing material 12 formed of a carbon fiber net body is fixed to a construction face 11 by anchors 14. After laying the reinforcing material 12, the main material, aqueous solution and polymer catalyst are sprayed on the reinforcing material 12 while being mixed inside a spray nozzle of a sprayer, and main material cement is instantaneously hardened to form a concrete wall 15. Thick coating can therefore be applied with one-time spraying work to form the concrete wall 15. |
