PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain productivity even when molding is performed under high speed centrifugal force, prevent limewash from developing, and realize the revelation of high strength by a method wherein a concrete kneaded matter, which includes specified amounts of acid clay and of water-soluble polymeric substance and the slump of which lies within a specified range, is centrifugally molded. SOLUTION: A concrete kneaded matter, which includes 2.5-10kg/m<3> of acid clay and 0.01-0.2kg/m<3> of water soluble polymeric substance having a thickening action and the slump of which is 13.0cm or less, is centrifugally molded. The acid clay is mainly made of aluminum silicate. The acid clay employed is made of montmorilonite as its major mineral. As the water soluble polymeric substance having a thickening action, an acrylic amide-based compound such as polyacrylic amide, polymethacrylic amide or the like, a cellulose-based compound such as methyl cellulose, carboxy methyl cellulose, hydroxy ethyl cellulose or the like and microbial fermented polysaccharides are employed. |
