PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain simplification of a constitutional part also so that further simplification of an assembly structure can be attained. SOLUTION: A device comprises a first mounting metal fitting 1, rubber elastic unit 2 securing one end side to the first metal fitting 1 to have a recessed part 22 opened to the other end side, cylindrical second mounting metal fitting 3 secured to the other end side periphery of the rubber elastic unit 2, diaphragm 4 holding a peripheral edge part to an internal periphery of the second mounting metal fitting 3 to be formed with a fluid chamber 45 between the diaphragm and the recessed part 22, orifice forming member 51 forming an orifice passage 52 holding a peripheral edge part to an internal periphery of the second mounting metal fitting 3 to partition the fluid chamber 45 into a main/sub fluid chamber 46, 47 to connect it, and a partitioning member 5 formed by a rubber-made movable film 55 arranged in a central opening or the orifice forming member 51. The movable film 55, vulcanization bonding its peripheral edge part to the orifice forming member 51, through a connection part 56 provided successively in line with a central part thereof, is formed by integral vulcanization molding with the diaphragm 4. |
