PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress drift in the connection portion of a superconducting wire- multilayer-wound superconductive conductor. SOLUTION: A supercondutive conductor is put in connection by a connection tool 1 equipped with a cylindrical inner layer grasp portion 1A which grasps an inner layer superconducting wire, an outer layer grasp portion 1B which is integrated with the inner layer grasp portion 1A and grasps an outer layer superconducting wire, and an opening portion 1C which fits the inner layer grasp potion 1A in between both grasp portions By the connection tool, the inner layer X1 of one side conductor end portion is connected to the outer layer Y2 of the other side conductor end portion, and the outer layer Y1 of one side conductor end portion is connected to the inner layer X2 of the other side conductor end portion. By the connection portion, the impedance of the respective layers as the whole length of a connected superconductor is equalized so as to suppress drift.
