PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display only a required area on a screen by registering only a required part while referring to it in the case of registering only required information from slip data read as image data to a date base or the like. SOLUTION: A format registration means 6 inputs the slip data composed of a fixed form from an image scanner 2 as the image data and registers an area defined as a display object from the inputted image data every slip kinds. A registration means 7 registers the slip data as the image data. Then, when data input every slip kinds is instructed, a data input means 8 displays only the image data of the display object area corresponding to the slip kind and inputs data. Thus, even when the large amount of the slip data of the fixed form written by handwriting or a word processor are present, when they are read as the image data, only the required area is displayed on the screen. |
