<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent over-boiling during the heating and unsealing without any special working by placing the food material in a condition where the inner volume is reduced by elastically deforming a container with the pressure from the outside, sealing an opening part, and restoring the container shape by removing the pressure. SOLUTION: A plurality of spherical projections are fitted to a round inner frame to hold a container 1 of a bucket in an inwardly projected condition. The clearance between the projection opposite to each other is set to be slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the container 1. When the container 1 is mounted on the bucket, and the inner volume of the container 1 is reduced, the food material 5 and the soup 6 is poured to fill the container 1. A film 4 is placed over an opening part of the container, and thermally press-fitted to seal the opening part of the container 1. By removing the container 1 from the bucket, the side of the container 1 is restored to the original condition, and the inside is kept in the evacuated condition to set the film 4 and the bottom plate part in a recessed spherical surface.</p> |
