PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase cooling capacity and to perform emboss processing at a high speed as compared with a conventional speed by placing an olefin decorative sheet having a surface resin layer formed from an extruded resin on a stainless steel belt trained over two or more horizontal cooling rolls becoming stable supports to transfer the same just under an embossed endless stainless steel belt supported by two or more cooling rolls. SOLUTION: An olefinic resin melted by using an extruder 21 is laminated on the surface of a base material sheet 1 composed of an olefinic resin and this sheet is inserted into the gap between the embossed endless stainless steel belt 3 trained over a plurality of cooling rolls at the same time and the endless stainless steel belt 4 trained over a plurality of cooling rolls while carried by the endless stainless steel belt 3 to be embossed under cooling. This apparatus consists of two sets of double belt type press devices equipped with the embossed stainless steel belt 3 trained over a plurality of the cooling rolls and the endless stainless steel belt 4 trained over a plurality of the cooling rolls, a nip roll 20 and an extruder 21.
