In electrical circuitry for the operation of at least a battery-operated electric motor in an industrial truck, comprising at least a capacitor and a pulse control semiconductor switch, both arranged on a support member and both to be connected to a control unit, at least a capacitor 14, 16 and a semiconductor switch module 18 are arranged on a common support member 12 and a pair of plates 22, 24 made of electrically conductive material is provided at a small distance from each other above the electrical components at least partly covering the components and a thin insulating layer is provided between the plates. One 22 of the plates is connected to the -terminal of a battery and the other is connected to the +terminal of the battery. The terminals of the electrical components are connected to a respective plate 22, 24 through a terminal facing the plate structure and the lower plate 24 and the insulating layer provided with openings (38, 40, Figs. 2 and 3) for extending the terminals through the upper plate 22.
