The fixing of a lip portion (21) of a door (10) is stabilized, and the chipping of a free end portion of a flange (12) of the door (10) is prevented. A door (10) is disposed so as to cover an outer side of a fender (2). A weather strip (14) is provided on the door (10), and a seal member (20) extending toward the fender (2) also on the door (10). The flange (12) integral with the door (10) is erected toward the fender (2). The seal member (20) comprises a door-fixing portion (22), a lip portion (21) and a covering portion (23), and this door fixing portion (22) is disposed so as to cover the flange (12).
