PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor disconnection of a link line, without complicating the constitution by providing a relay which is energized from a signal power supply through the link line, and a timer to be actuated through reset operation thereof, thereby detecting disconnection of the link line from reset operation of the relay and confirming operation through the relay. SOLUTION: A disconnection detection relay 9 is provided, in parallel with a transfer interruption receiving relay 8 in a transforming station 1 provided with a signal power supply 4. The relay 9 is provided with a series diode 10 energized reversely to the relay 8, so that the relay 9 is energized constantly from the power supply 4 through a link line 3 and a transforming station 2. The relays 8, 9 are interrupted from the link line 3 through a (b) contact 5 upon function of a transfer interrupt transmitting relay 5. A timer 11 is energized, when the (b) contact of the disconnection detection relay 9 is reset, and a contact action for generating a link line disconnection alarm takes place after a predetermined time limit. According to the arrangement, disconnections of the link line can be monitored and detected, and the reliability of transfer interruption is enhanced. |
