<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the distances between counter internal electrodes longer by forming the internal electrodes evenly thick by laminating a plurality of ceramic green sheets each carrying electrode films on one surfaces upon another so that their electrode film carrying surfaces and their no-electrode carrying surfaces can face each other and press contacting the green sheets with each other, and then, sintering the laminated body. SOLUTION: Internal electrodes 15-18 are respectively formed on the surfaces of green sheets 11 and 14 as electrode films by screen-printing Pt paste on the surfaces of the sheets 11-14. The electrodes 15-18 are formed on one end side of the sheets 11-14 so that the electrodes 15-18 may have gaps on the other three end section sides. Then the printed green sheets 11-14 are laminated upon another so that the surfaces of the sheets 11 and 13 carrying the electrodes 15 and 17 can respectively face the surfaces of the sheets 12 and 14 carrying the electrodes 16 and 18 and one end section sides of the electrodes 15 and 16 and 17 and 18 may be alternately positioned to different end sections and a laminated ceramic body is obtained press-contacting the green sheets 11-14 with each other. Thereafter, a piece having a prescribed chip size is cut off from the laminated ceramic body and baked at a temperature of, for example, 1,000 deg.C after the binder contained in the piece is evaporated.</p> |
