PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically decompose and remove soil such as an organic substance adhering to the surface or contaminants in the air to improve removal efficency of the contaminants, by providing two functional members of a photocatalyst and a stimulable phosphor member on a globe for covering a fluorescent tube. SOLUTION: The mixed coat (functional coat) of a photocatalyst and a stimulable phosphor member is provided on at least one side of the surface of a glove 5, that is, of outer and inner surfaces, and is applied to a thickness of about 0.1-10μm over the whole globe surface, to be dried. In this constitution of a functional applying member, about 10wt.% of a titanium dioxide, having an about 0.001-20μm particle diameter, as a photocatalyst, and about 10wt.% of a commercial optional material as a stimulable phosphor member are dispersed to be mixed into an about 80wt.% binder composed of a mixture between butyl acetate alcohol-butyl alcohol and an oil component. The stimulable phosphor member emits light itself for only a fixed length of time at night or at the time of turning off of light to recognize the existence of a vehicle to a pedestrian or the other vehicles, etc., thereby contributing to the prevention of an accident. |
