PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distillation equipment that can easily control quantity of waste liquor. SOLUTION: This equipment uses a waste sulfuric acid before distillation as the coolant for a condenser 3, provided at the top section 1a of a concentration tower 1, thereby it is heated (temperature preadjustment) by heat-exchange with a vapor in the concentration tower 1. Hydrogen peroxide liquor contained in the waste sulfuric acid is partly evaporated by the heating, and partly decomposed into water and oxygen. The equipment is equipped with a filter 4 with a hydrophobic membrane, which separates the evaporated hydrogen peroxide and oxygen as the decomposition product from the waste sulfuric acid before the oxygen is charged into the concentration tower 1.
