PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve an example sentence close to a retrieval request even when a long sentence connected by a conjunction particle and punctuation marks is inputted as an input sentence by automatically dividing the input sentence based on a sentence division rule and performing the collation of a key word and the extraction of the example sentence matched with the retrieval request for each division unit by a retrieval device. SOLUTION: For the input sentence inputted from an input part 1, a key word is extracted in a key word extraction part 2 by using a key word dictionary part 9, the input sentence is divided based on a prescribed rule in a division processing part 5 and the collation with the key word of the example sentence of an example data base part 10 is performed in a key word collation part 3 for each divided division unit. A collation rate is obtained and sorting is performed by an example sorting processing part 6 and the retrieved example sentence is outputted to a display part 4. |
