摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent seizure and to facilitate installation and removal of a rotor by coating a tapered recessed surface of an axis connecting part with thermohardening resin and forming a tapered protruded surface by applying surface hardening treatment on a steel for structure. SOLUTION: A driving side bearing unit 3 is installed on one end part of a rotor 2 and a driven side bearing unit 4 is placed on a slide base 5 free to slide in the axial direction of the rotor 2 on the other end part on a base 1. Thereby, rotational driving force by a driving motor 7 is transmitted to a shaft body 10 supported by the bearing units 3, 4 through a belt 6, and it rotates the rotor 2. Hereby, a first connecting part 9 forming tapered recessed surfaces coated with thermohardening resin is provided on the rotor 2. Additionally, a second connecting part 12 furnished with tapered protruded surfaces on both head end parts of the shaft body 10 is provided. A steel for structure processed with surface hardening is used for the shaft body 10. Consequently, it is possible to eliminate seizure of the axis connecting parts and to shorten exchange time.
