PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure in which a base plate part and a hollow structural part are made into an integral body by a method wherein a fluid pouring pin is provided at the position of a mold which corresponds to either one of two communicating parts of both cavities, and a slide core, which can shut off and open the communicating part, is provided at the position of the mold which corresponds to the other communicating part. SOLUTION: A fluid pouring pin 12 is provided in a cavity 4 side mold 2 for forming a base plate part. On the other cavity communicating part 10, a slide core 17 for opening and shutting-off the communicating part. The slide core 17 performs a part for shutting off the communicating part and stopping a resin so as not to enter the molten resin 7 supplied from the cavity 4 side for forming the base plate part through the other communicating part (in which no compressed air feeding port is provided) in a cavity 3 side for forming a hollow structural part. Further, when the supply of compressed air is started, the slide core 17 is retracted in the mold so as to make the upper end surface of the slide core flush with a molding surface in order to form some part of the cavity 4, with which the base plate part is molded. |
