PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently plot a pattern for which basic shapes are arrayed with equal intervals by moving one of the two basic shapes, deciding a pitch between the basic shapes from the moving distance, arraying the basic shapes and preparing the pattern. SOLUTION: When a system is activated, the reference axis of the basic shape to be prepared is prepared and the basic shape is prepared for it. For the basic shapes, point sequence coordinate data are transformed to a coordinate system to the reference axis and they are displayed along with the reference axis respectively in two boxes inside a display (step 101). Then, the pitch of the basic shapes to be prepared is set to a default value (step 102) and a user drags one box by a mouse or the like and moves it along with the basic shape. Thereafter, the pitch between the basic shapes inside the display is decided (step 103). Then, the pattern for which the plural basic shapes are regularly arrayed on a determined line based on the decided pitch is prepared (step 104) and it is displayed on the display (step 105). |
