<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a nucleic acid-bonded compound by using a strategy of a (specific protection)/(removing of the protection) and that for preparing a compound used for synthesizing the same and a selective double marked target nucleic acid-bonded compound. SOLUTION: This production of nucleic acid-bonded compound comprises a process for preparing a protected nucleic acid-bonded compound containing plural ligands bonded to a backbone and capable of bonding to a nucleic base of the nucleic acid through hydrogen bond, here, at least one of the ligands contains a primary or secondary amino group protected with a first protecting group P1 capable of being removed with a strong base having medium strength and the backbone is expressed by the formula (X<1> is selected from hydrogen atom, a 1-3C alkyl and an amino-protecting group P2 capable of being removed by a strong acid having medium strength; X<2> is an amino-protecting group P3 capable of being removed with the medium strong acid.), a process for removing the protecting group capable of being removed with the medium strong acid, and a process for removing the protecting group capable of being removed with the medium strong base.</p> |
