PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position components of a discretely stacking state after separating it by providing a driving mechanism for driving a material to be driven. SOLUTION: An air cylinder 38 is operated, a block 40 is positioned, and components W of a discretely stacking state are supplied to a hopper 35 by a component conveyor. Then, an air cylinder 38 is operated, and an upper end of the block 40 is raised to a component supplying position. Thus, the components W which cannot be placed on an upper end 42 of the block 40 are dropped in the hopper 35. Meanwhile, during or after rising of the block 40, a valve 54 is operated to inject compressed air from an air injection hole. Thus, the components W on the upper end 42 of the bock 40 are blown away. Then, an air valve 55 is operated, and high-pressure air is injected from the hole for a specified time. Thus, the component W near a recess 43 is floated, and when it is stopped injecting, the component W is engaged with the recess 43. Whether the component W is engaged or not is detected by an output of a proximity sensor 43a. |
