The present invention relates to a magnetic acupuncture needle, with suction cup, which includes a pneumatic bulb 1, a hollow bell-shaped part or suction cup 2, with a free end and another end connected to said bell-shaped part, and, in its inside, a permanent-magnet head 4. In order to operate the needle of the present invention, the pneumatic bulb is pressed at the same time as the hollow bell-shaped part is applied firmly to the acupuncture point on the human body. When the pressure ceases, the bulb recovers its shape and the air in the pneumatic bell- shaped part is evacuated therefrom towards the bulb, which results in the aforesaid bell-shaped part or suction cup remaining firmly joined to the acupuncture point on the human body. The needles with north polarity and south polarity must be located on both sides of the human body in accordance with vertical lines intersecting the magnetic forces over the human body. <IMAGE>
