It comprises a first layer of raffia 7, a second intermediate layer of foam 4 and a third layer composed of a plastic film 5. It is characterized in that the first layer of raffia 7 is covered with a plastic film 8, in that the second layer of foam 4 comprises halogenated compounds and in that the third layer is covered with a layer of plastic 5 metallized with aluminium 8. The existence of the halogens means that the foam is non- flammable. The covering of the first layer of raffia allows the sheet to be resistant to the environment, while the layer of plastic material metallized with aluminium increases the impermeability of the sheet. In addition, the sheet is substantially more resistant to chemicals. <IMAGE>
