PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a change in a water form in an opposition side of a delivery side with few parts by a method wherein a water-communicating conduit opening a communicating port into a partition wall provided on route of internal communication of a head body of the front end of a cylinder body is formed inside a rotary body rotatably built in the cylinder body and having a mechanism changing the water form and delivering water by rotation from the rear end side of the cylinder body. SOLUTION: A communicating port 27a of a water-communicating conduit 27 is opposed to an introducing inlet 8. When in a conduit 5 of a grip body 3 is introduced to the introducing inlet 8 via a circular grooves 25→a communicating conduit 26→a water communicating conduit 27→a communicating port 27a, and delivered from a diffusion delivery outlet 18 through a guide cylinder 12. A change to a shower water form is conducted by a method wherein a rotary body 22 is rotated via a cap 29 and the communicating port 27a of the water-communicating conduit 27 is opposed to an introducing inlet 10 and a ball 31 is fitted by a spring 32 to a recessed part 34 corresponding to the introducing inlet 10 among recessed parts 34 of the inside peripheral face of the cylindrical body 2 and positioned. Thereby water stream in the water-communicating conduit 27 is weakened by a counter stream board 14 via the introducing inlet 10 and water stream is stored inside a head body 4 and then an intended water form is delivered from a shower delivery outlet, allowing hands or clothes not be wet and reducing manufacturing cost.
