摘要 <p>Procedure for preparation of inoculum for growing the fungus Ganoderma Lucidum by submersion fermentation where potato dextrosis agar (PDA) of the total area of 100 up to 200 square mm overgrown by the fungus Ganoderma Lucidum is transferred into a 500 ml Erlenmayer flask containing 100 ml of substrate where the vegetative substrate contains the filtrate of 300 g/l of peeled cooked potato, 20 g/l of glucosis and 2 % vol/vol of olive oil, filled with distilled water of pH 5,8 to total volume of 1 litre after which the culture is shaken in this medium for 80 up to 160 hours at the temperature of 20 up to 30 degrees Celsius at 80 up to 160 rotations per minute, and after which the substrate is sterilized within a bioreactor at the temperature of 110 up to 130 degrees Celsius, at the pressure of 1 up to 1,4*10 to the fifth power in the period of about half an hour, while the mixing of substrate during the sterilization within the bioreactor is carried out at 200 up to 400 rotations per minute, then after cooling down to 30 degrees Celsius, the sterile substrate is inoculated with 17 % vol/vol of vegetative inoculum, a shaken culture of the age of 120 up to 170 hours; the growing of mycelium of the fungus Ganoderma Lucidum lasts for 160 hours during which the concentration of dissolved oxygen is maintained by aeration of 6 up to 15 l/min at 200 up to 600 rotations/min, maximal redox potential during growing amounting to 410 up to 460 mV and minimal partial oxygen pressure from 25 up to 33 % vol/vol at pH from 4,10 up to 4,30. The invention enables the production of fungus to be carried out in the industrial scale too.</p>
