The invention relates to a composition comprising a thermoplastic or elastomeric polymeric substrate (a) and an anti-static mixture (B) in the form of contiguous fibers which mixture comprises (b1) a fibrous organic polymeric material or in the form of fibers in the mixture and that is not soluble in the elastomeric thermoplastic polymeric substrate (a); (b2) a polymer or copolymer capable of driving an ion which has blocks for complicating or solvating a salt from an organic protonic acid of low molecular or inorganic weight (b3) and has a better compatibility with the organic polymer (b1) which is fibrous or has fiber forms in the mixture, that with the polymeric organic substrate (A); and (b3) a salt from an organic protonic acid of low molecular or inorganic weight which has been complicated or solvated in the polymer or copolymer (b2). The invention also relates to an anti-static mixture (b) in itself, with its use for giving anti-static polymers for the preparation of thermoplastic or elastomeric polymeric substrates.
