An applicator is arranged including a jar for storing a chemical product such as an axial composition, an elevator mounted by a movement within the jar, a rotary axis joined to the elevator, a compartment within the jar under the elevator and mechanisms for the axial elevation and for giving the elevator alternative movements within the jar. Each mechanism is operated by means of a button that just out of the dwelling place. A flexible plastic belt that acts as a resort that is found integrally molded with the button in a plastic insertion manner. The advance mechanism includes a ratchet with a large number of teeth that circumferentially surround the wheel and a ratchet joined to the plastic insertion having as a function to move the teeth of said wheel. The alternative movement mechanism includes an angular ramp joined to the lower part of the button. The ramp locates under the wheel in order to exercise a variable pressure to the same in a way that the elevator raises but at the same time allows the reverse motion of the same after its advance.
