The invention refers to a wave-propelled boat with rolling stabiliser and hydraulic starter, which can also use the energy from an internal combustion engine that can be started with the help of a hydraulic starter. The invention solves the problem of damping the rolling oscillations of the boat by using two lateral floats which also act as wave energy absorbers, absorbing the energy that causes the boat to roll, with a significant decrease of its rolling angle and a reduction of the capsizing risk. The boat is equipped with an auxiliary heat engine which can be started whenever an energy boost might be necessary. The heat engine is started from a starter with hydraulic drive. Due to the way the hydraulic scheme is conceived, the hydraulic sensors can deliver hydrostatic energy to the hydraulic motor that drives the propeller, simultaneously to the process for storing the energy generated by the waves and the heat engine.
