A device for registering a medicament dispense comprising sensing devices (16) located at the medicament dispense side to detect said dispense, the sensing devices being electrically connectable to an electronic unit (50) adapted for registration. With the object to provide such a one-way device to be producable at low costs and being easily adaptable to various kinds of medicament packages without interfering with them, a sheet-like envelope (10) is proposed in a one-way material being a continuous, foldable way adapted to enclose the medicaments (40) and an electornic printed circuit applied on the envelope (10), stretching over foldable areas (12) of the sheet-like envelope and in operation connected to said sensing device and connectable to the electronic unit (50).
