Program-controlled private exchange system

The private exchange system includes a system memory for the storage of the program modules and of the data, and at least one system processor with an operating system for the processing of the program modules. A function 'call redirection' is provided as one of the procedure modules, in which a complete telephone number and/or identity information of a calling subscriber is made available to the system. A combination of a source telephone number and a respective target subscriber number is stored in relation with the function 'call redirection' in a section of the system memory, for each subscriber. The complete telephone number and/or identity information of a calling subscriber is searched for in the source telephone numbers of a called subscriber, and the call is redirected to the target subscriber for a positive comparison result.
