The braking wish of the driver is detected and the brake action is regulated on at least one brake dependent on the wish of the driver via electronic control. A conventional mechanical passage of the brake can be cut off on electronic operation of the brake arrangement. In certain operational conditions in which an expansion of the enclosed fluid is expected, the valve is opened for a short period of time. At least one operational condition exists when the braking lasts for a given period of time. The valve is open for a certain amount of time after the first expansion effect of the enclosed volume is expected.
