The machining tool(4) has a saw element and chamfering element rigidly connected to it. The clamping unit(2) has a roller unit(21) with a number of roller elements(24) through which the pipe(3) is positionally fixed in the direction of its axis(A) but is clamped to rotate around it. By means of a drive(41) attached to an adjustment unit(43) the tool is movable up to the pipe in the radial direction. The adjustment unit has a guide element(45) upon which moves the drive unit.
