SUBSTANCE: partitions are mounted inside housing of settler in such way that thin layer of flow of liquid to be settled is created above upper edges of partitions. Settling of mechanical impurities is intensified through creating conditions for motion of liquid in compartments and spraying part of clean water above surface of liquid in settling compartments.
