A receptacle made of sheet plastic approximately one-eighth of an inch thick, manufactured in sizes to accommodate the different sizes of tissue boxes that are on the market. Also a six-sided box made of similar material for holding and dispensing tissue from rolls. Where this invention differs from the products that are now available is that it is not only light in weight and cheap to manufacture, it can be quickly and easily mounted on almost any surface in the home or vehicle simply by removing the protective cover from the adhesive strips and placing where desired. The adhesive strips can be attached to the dispenser at time of manufacture or in some cases may be included in the package for the user to place on any of three sides depending on where they want the tissue dispensing opening to face.
